Anna Kredisova
Associate Partner

Anna Kredisova is an Associate Partner at Michael Macfarlane Associates, an international advisory firm working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and private-capital clients on matters of reputation, communications and strategic positioning.
She advises clients through complex and often sensitive situations, including cross-border disputes, corporate crises, business repositioning and the development of philanthropic initiatives. Her work focuses on ensuring that communications are closely aligned with legal, commercial and political realities, particularly in environments where scrutiny is high and stakes are material. She approaches this with the clear view that reputation, capital, and influence are closely interconnected, and that how they are managed in practice can directly shape outcomes.
Anna works across Europe, Asia and the United States, with a strong focus on Asia and other emerging markets. She supports globally active families, founders and their businesses as they navigate expansion, regulatory pressure and shifting stakeholder expectations across jurisdictions.
Her experience includes advising on disputes involving industrial and infrastructure businesses operating in politically sensitive environments, where legal proceedings, regulatory dynamics, and media attention need to be managed in parallel.
She has worked closely with principals and management teams during active cross-border matters, coordinating with legal counsel and advisors to ensure that communications support the overall strategy under time-sensitive conditions.
She has also supported the repositioning of businesses in sectors including health, technology and industrials, particularly where companies are expanding internationally or redefining how they are perceived by investors, partners and the media. This work involves developing positioning that can hold across different markets, while remaining grounded in the realities of the business.
Alongside this, Anna works with principals on philanthropic and impact-led initiatives, helping to shape how these are structured and communicated. Her focus is on translating intent into initiatives that are credible to governments, institutions and partners, while maintaining clarity of purpose.
She has contributed to international initiatives and campaigns at the World Economic Forum, working across business, policy and civil society contexts.
At Michael Macfarlane Associates, Anna leads client engagements and works closely with principals to define how they are positioned over time – not only in moments of risk, but in how they build credibility and maintain trust across markets. Her work includes leadership positioning, dispute and litigation communications, stakeholder engagement and longer-term reputation strategy.
Based in Asia, she works with clients across Singapore, Hong Kong and mainland China, while continuing to support mandates in Europe and the United States. Her role often involves bridging different political, cultural and commercial contexts in situations where misalignment can have real consequences.
Prior to joining Michael Macfarlane Associates, Anna worked at Highgate, a strategic advisory firm focused on complex situations, dispute resolution and sovereign advisory. She supported mandates involving government stakeholders, cross-border risk and politically sensitive environments. She began her career at Mercury Public Affairs, working on corporate and public affairs campaigns.
Alongside her advisory work, Anna is involved in projects focused on the impact of technology on society, particularly on younger generations. She is interested in how digital systems are shaping behaviour and decision-making, and how leaders can respond in ways that preserve human agency.
Anna is based in Asia and works internationally. She speaks fluent French, Russian and Ukrainian, and is conversational in Mandarin.
Her work is defined by clarity, discretion and a focus on outcomes, bringing structure to complex situations and ensuring that communications support the broader objective.
