Principal Partner
Michael Macfarlane is Principal Partner advising UHNWI families and Single Family Offices in matters of reputation, especially before, during and after periods of challenge and change. Michael closely advises some of the world’s wealthiest families on reputation management for a world where AI has elevated reputation into a primary vector for determining almost all outcomes; and where democratization means that legacy media remains important – but is no longer definitive. Michael works with clients that have interests located all over the world, typically as a trusted advisor at the heart of their most sensitive and challenging matters. Michael typically seeks to balance creative content-led strategies with technical methodologies, all built upon the core values of trust, intelligence and discretion.

She combines a sharp instinct for strategy with deep experience cutting through noise with clarity and conviction. Farah built her career at some of the industry’s most respected agencies, including Portland, W Communications, Hawthorn and Madano; and has over a decade of experience advising brands, high-growth ventures and mission-driven entities. Farah delivery strategies that secure complex outcomes, from building trust and credibility to shaping public narrative, securing investment and managing reputational risk. Farah also volunteers as a TEDx Ambassador, championing bold ideas and emerging voices.

Mark is a Partner advising private and public companies and working closely with financial and investment firms and their associated vehicles. Mark has over twenty years of experience as a strategic Capital Markets and Investor Relations adviser. His client experience has focused on helping international companies raise their corporate profiles, improve their corporate reputations and expand their shareholder bases in international capital markets. Mark is focused predominantly on advising companies operating in the aerospace, financial services, industrials and TMT sectors across Europe, the US and emerging markets. Mark is also a keen chorister singing with Eschoir and Borough Chapel Welsh Choirs, and even finding time to sing with St Paul’s Cathedral Choir. Mark is also a native Welsh speaker.

Anna is an Associate Partner advising UHNWIs, Family Offices and their advisors on strategic communications, reputation and dispute resolution. She guides principals through sensitive challenges from cross-border disputes and corporate crises to the positioning of major philanthropic initiatives. Anna has supported prominent families and their businesses across Europe, Asia and the US, including listed companies navigating transformative change and global campaigns at Davos. She brings a deep understanding of politics and international affairs, delivering strategies that protect reputation and build influence. Before joining MMA, Anna worked at Highgate, a CEO and sovereign advisory firm, and at Mercury Public Affairs in London. She speaks fluent French, Russian and Ukrainian.

Luke is a Senior Associate with a diverse background and many years of experience within a Family Office where he was responsible for managing the global reputation of a prominent UHNWI, including through periods of challenge. Luke is primarily focused on public relations, reputation management and strategic communications for the curation of reputation for UHNWIs online and in the global media. He is adept at cultivating highly trusted client relationships with clients and developing close partnerships with Family Offices, Lawyers and other principal advisors. Luke's journalism background also provides him with an extensive network of contacts and a solid understanding of the current media landscape. Luke has also previously led global communications for a major philanthropic Foundation.

With an MA in History of Art, she brings a deep understanding of contemporary art and strategic skills in content creation and audience engagement. With experience in agency and also in-house settings, she has led media outreach efforts, developed press strategies and cultivated relationships. Her strengths include translating complex artistic narratives into compelling and engaging content. Stephanie previously served as Editor of a leading Singapore-based online publication. Her journalism bylines cover visual arts and luxury and include ArtReview Asia, Art & Market, Grazia, and The Peak.
Sam Harding
Senior Associate
Sam is an Senior Associate Filmmaker with many years of industry experience in post production and filmmaking. Sam started his career as a production assistant in Canada working in post production for television shows such as Reacher, The Expanse, and The Handmaid's Tale. Sam attained an MFA at the London Film Academy before taking on freelance clients in the UK and mainland Europe. With experience working in large and small teams, Sam has focused his development on delivering high end visuals and edits in the online media space, servicing brands, corporations, and independent creators across many content mediums. Sam is expert in adopting video and filmmaking into client solutions and also enjoys writing and directing music videos in his spare time.

Rasika is an Associate Content Writer with over a decade’s experience as a writer and editor in print and online journalism. During her career Rasika conducted numerous high profile interviews with UHNEI and prominent individuals. She spent eight years as a senior researcher at Spear’s, a media brand specialised in reporting on UHNWIs, Family Offices and private client advisors worldwide. As an MA Science Journalism graduate with a scientific background, Rasika is particularly skilled at producing quality, in-depth content which requires the synthesis of complex information into highly accessible and engaging articles online. Rasika is also an astute networker within the UHNWI advisory space and organises flagship events dedicated to the private client community.
Pankaj Thapa

Pankaj is an Associate with over ten years of experience working in newsrooms, advertising agencies, PR firms, international development agencies and Family Offices. Pankaj began his career in Australia as a PR manager for an education group, and has since worked roles in Nepal, India and Ghana. He is currently based in London and in his role as an Associate assists in a wide range of activities with a focus on strategic content planning and liaising with team members and external partners for problem solving and effective strategy implementation. Pankaj was also previously responsible for the on-the-ground content generation activities of a substantial philanthropic Foundation operating across Africa and Asia. He studies MA Strategic Communications at the London School of Economics.
